L’Abysse Dubai debuts at One&Only The Palm

Multi-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno brings an immersive omakase shaped by precision, artistry and time to One&Only The Palm with the debut of L’Abysse Dubai. An intimate 34-seater overwater restaurant, it celebrates Japanese craftsmanship, French gastronomy, and the rich dialogue that exists between them.

A ten-seat counter sits at the heart of the experience, where guests can experience the close connection between them and the master chefs thoughtfully preparing each course. The omakase features 13 sequences and five movements, conceived more as emotional progression than a succession of courses, with guests sampling gourmet delights like sea urchin with ginger mayonnaise, lightly grilled langoustine and azuki and combawa millefeuille.
