Gault&Millau UAE 2026 Guide

ROAM’s culinary stars were recognised with a constellation of awards at the Gault&Millau UAE 2026 Gala, held on 2 February at Atlantis The Royal. The UAE’s leading culinary innovators were recognised with One Toque, Two Toques, Three Toques, Four Toques, and the prestigious Five Toques.

Awarded One Toque were Trèsind and Nobu, while Brasserie Frantzén and STAY by Yannick Alléno were both recognised with Two Toques. Explore the fine flavours of Three Toque recipients Ossiano and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, or the much-lauded Four Toque restaurant, La Dame de Pic. The highest accolade – Five Toques – was secured by Atlantis, The Palm’s haute tasting menu experience, FZN.

Gault&Millau Special Awards – reserved for the finest culinary artists and leading gastronomic concepts – saw Samuel Lacroix, Beverage Director of Atlantis Dubai, receive a newly introduced Impact Award, recognised for best-in-industry performance. Arturo Scamardella of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal was once again crowned Sommelier of the Year, with the restaurant also picking up Wine Offering of the Year. As well as securing the prestigious Five Toques, Björn Frantzén’s FZN was recognised as International Brand of the Year for the second consecutive year.
